Last updated: March 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rawframe, the Rawframe website (rawframe.net), the Mod Market, Rawframe Studio, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Rawframe ("we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the Platform (see Section 4). If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their minor's use of the Platform and are jointly liable for any violations.
2. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" — The Rawframe, Rawframe website (rawframe.net), API (api.rawframe.net), Rawframe Studio, Mod Market, community features, and all related services operated by Rawframe.
- "Engine" — The Rawframe game engine software, including its runtime, tools, shaders, and bundled assets. The Engine is proprietary software owned by Rawframe.
- "User Content" — Any content created, uploaded, published, or distributed by users through the Platform, including but not limited to mods, scripts, assets, textures, models, audio files, maps, server configurations, forum posts, reviews, and profile information.
- "Mod" — A modification, addon, or gamemode created using Rawframe's Luau scripting system and modding API, packaged and optionally distributed through the Mod Market.
- "Server Operator" — Any user who hosts, administers, or operates a Rawframe multiplayer server, whether using the official dedicated server binary, a self-hosted deployment, or a third-party hosting provider.
- "Services" — All features and functionality provided through the Platform, including account management, matchmaking, master server listing, mod distribution, the creator economy, and community tools.
- "Mod Market" — The online marketplace integrated into the Platform where creators can publish, distribute, and sell Mods and other User Content.
- "Creator" — Any user who publishes User Content on the Mod Market, whether free or paid.
- "Subscription" — A recurring paid plan (Gold or Diamond) that provides additional Platform features.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the Platform — including publishing mods, purchasing content, accessing multiplayer services, and participating in the community — require a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to the following:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
- Choose a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Not share your account credentials with any other person.
- Notify us immediately at legal@rawframe.net of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
- Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate ratings, abuse promotions, or for any other deceptive purpose is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination.
You may register using email/password or through a supported OAuth provider (Discord, Google). When using OAuth, you authorise us to access the limited profile information provided by the OAuth provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Age Requirement
Rawframe is rated PEGI 16. You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create an account, access the Platform, or use any of our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Children under 16: The Platform is not intended for and must not be used by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated personal data.
Users aged 16-17: If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. Your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the Platform, including any financial transactions. We reserve the right to request proof of parental consent at any time.
5. Platform Description
Rawframe is a user-generated content (UGC) platform built around a moddable game engine. The Platform provides the technical infrastructure, tools, and services that enable users to:
- Create mods, gamemodes, maps, and other content using Rawframe and Rawframe Studio.
- Distribute and sell content through the Mod Market.
- Host and operate multiplayer game servers.
- Connect with other players and join community-operated servers.
- Build and publish complete game experiences within the engine framework.
Safe harbour: Rawframe operates as an infrastructure provider and content hosting platform. We provide the tools and systems; our users and Server Operators create and manage the content and experiences. Rawframe does not create, endorse, or guarantee any User Content. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or policies of individual servers, mods, or user-created experiences. Each Server Operator and Creator is solely responsible for their own content and compliance with applicable laws.
While we take reasonable steps to moderate content and enforce community standards, we do not and cannot pre-screen all User Content. The presence of content on the Platform does not constitute our endorsement or approval of that content.
6. User Content & Mods
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in User Content that you create. Rawframe does not claim ownership of your mods, scripts, assets, or any other content you produce.
License grant: By uploading, publishing, or distributing User Content through the Platform, you grant Rawframe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (solely for technical purposes such as format conversion and optimisation), and make available your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for the removal of cached or archived copies.
Representations: By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights and licences to the content; (b) the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights; and (c) you have the authority to grant the licence described above.
Prohibited content: The following types of User Content are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Malware, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, or any code designed to harm users or their systems.
- Code that bypasses, circumvents, or exploits the Luau sandbox or attempts to access system resources outside the engine API.
- Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material.
- Content that promotes or glorifies violence against real individuals or groups.
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or illegal activities.
- Content that constitutes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination targeting any protected characteristic.
- Content designed to deceive users, including phishing, scam, or fraud schemes.
- Content that collects user data without disclosure or consent.
- Content that contains real gambling mechanics involving real-world currency or items of value.
We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are under no obligation to monitor, review, or pre-screen User Content, though we may do so at our discretion.
7. Server Operators
If you operate a Rawframe multiplayer server, you assume additional responsibilities beyond those of a standard user. By hosting a server and listing it on the master server, you agree to the following:
- Sole responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, user experiences, and conduct occurring on your server. This includes mods you install, rules you enforce (or fail to enforce), and the behaviour of your community.
- Legal compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in the jurisdiction(s) where your server is hosted and where your players reside. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection regulations, age verification requirements, and content laws.
- Age restrictions: If your server hosts content inappropriate for certain age groups, you are responsible for implementing appropriate age restrictions, warnings, and access controls.
- Moderation: You are responsible for moderating your server, establishing clear rules for your community, and addressing reports of misconduct by your players.
- Data handling: If your server mods collect personal data from players (through Luau APIs, external databases, or other means), you must comply with applicable data protection laws and provide adequate privacy disclosures to your players.
Rawframe is not liable for any content, actions, or omissions on user-operated servers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the conduct of any Server Operator. We reserve the right to delist servers from the master server list that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Mod Market & Creator Economy
The Mod Market enables Creators to publish and sell mods, assets, and other User Content to the community. Participation in the Creator Economy is subject to the following terms:
Revenue split:
- Creators receive seventy percent (70%) of the net revenue from each sale of their content.
- Rawframe retains thirty percent (30%) as a platform fee to cover hosting, distribution, payment processing, and platform maintenance.
- Net revenue is calculated after deducting payment processing fees, chargebacks, and applicable taxes.
Payouts:
- Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first ten (10) business days of each calendar month for the preceding month's earnings.
- A minimum balance of ten US dollars ($10.00 USD) is required to initiate a payout. Balances below the minimum carry over to the next payout cycle.
- Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Creators must have a valid Stripe Connect account in good standing to receive payments.
- All prices on the Mod Market are denominated in US dollars (USD).
Tax responsibility:
- Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes applicable to their earnings from the Mod Market, including income tax, VAT, and any other local taxes.
- You must provide accurate tax information as requested by Stripe and comply with any tax reporting requirements (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent forms in your jurisdiction).
- Rawframe may withhold taxes where legally required to do so.
Rawframe reserves the right to remove content from the Mod Market, suspend Creator accounts, or withhold payouts if we reasonably believe that content violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is involved in fraudulent activity.
9. Subscriptions
Player subscriptions:
- Standard — Free tier with access to core Platform features.
- Gold — $4.99 USD per month, includes gold profile badge, gold name color, and Discord exclusive channel.
- Diamond — $9.99 USD per month, includes diamond profile badge, custom name color, priority support, and Discord exclusive channel.
Server subscriptions (per server):
- Starter — Free tier, 32 player slots.
- Silver — $9.99 USD per month per server, 128 player slots, server badge, Discord exclusive channel.
- Gold — $19.99 USD per month per server, 512 player slots, server badge, priority support, Discord exclusive channel.
- Platinum — $39.99 USD per month per server, 1024 player slots, server badge, priority support, featured server listing, Discord exclusive channel.
Server subscriptions are billed per server. Each server you operate requires its own subscription. Slot limits are enforced by the engine at runtime.
Server Boost: Server Boosts increase your server's position in the server list. Boosts are purchased per server at $1.00 USD per boost per month (weekly billing available at a premium). There is no limit on the number of boosts you may purchase for a single server.
Auto-renewal: All paid subscriptions and boost purchases automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to subscription benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
10. Purchases & Refunds
All monetary transactions on the Platform are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorise Rawframe and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
Refund policy:
- Refund window: You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
- Eligibility: Refunds are available if: (a) the content is materially different from its description; (b) the content is technically defective and the Creator has not resolved the issue; or (c) a technical error on our part prevented delivery.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for: (a) subscription fees for billing periods where the subscription benefits were used; (b) content that has been substantially consumed or deployed on a published server; or (c) requests made after the 14-day window.
- How to request: Submit a refund request through the support page with your order reference number and a description of the reason. We aim to process refund requests within five (5) business days.
- Refund method: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Rawframe reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. Repeated refund abuse may result in account restrictions.
11. Intellectual Property
Proprietary software: Rawframe and Rawframe Studio are proprietary software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the engine, editor, runtime, tools, and associated code are owned exclusively by Rawframe. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Rawframe or Rawframe Studio, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Rawframe brand: The Rawframe name, logo, visual identity, website design, and all associated trademarks are the proprietary property of Rawframe. You may not use Rawframe branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written permission. You may not claim Rawframe branding as your own or represent unaffiliated projects as official Rawframe products.
DMCA and takedown procedure:
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that User Content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown notice to legal@rawframe.net containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material on the Platform, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL or content ID).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, telephone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@rawframe.net containing: (a) identification of the removed content and its former location; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; (c) your name, address, and telephone number; (d) consent to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringer policy: Rawframe will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. Typically, an account will be terminated after three (3) substantiated takedown notices, though we reserve the right to act sooner in egregious cases.
12. Code of Conduct
All users are expected to treat others with respect across all Platform spaces, including in-game, on the Mod Market, in reviews, and in community channels. The following behaviours are prohibited:
- Harassment and bullying: Targeting individuals with repeated unwanted contact, threats, intimidation, or abusive behaviour.
- Hate speech: Content or conduct that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Cheating and exploiting: Using unauthorised third-party software, exploiting bugs, manipulating game mechanics, or employing any method to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer.
- Malicious software: Distributing, linking to, or promoting malware, keyloggers, viruses, phishing sites, or any software designed to harm users or their systems.
- Spam and disruption: Flooding chat, spamming messages, advertising unrelated products or services, or deliberately disrupting the experience of other users.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, a Rawframe employee, or any other individual or entity for deceptive purposes.
- Doxxing: Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting the private personal information of another individual without their explicit consent.
- Real-money trading (RMT): Buying, selling, or trading in-game items, accounts, or any Platform assets for real-world currency or goods outside of the official Mod Market and Platform-sanctioned systems.
- Illegal activity: Engaging in or promoting any activity that violates applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and distribution of illegal content.
- Evasion: Circumventing or attempting to circumvent bans, suspensions, or other enforcement actions, including through the use of alternate accounts or VPNs.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, content removal, or referral to law enforcement, depending on severity and frequency. Rawframe reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation and the appropriate response.
13. Content Moderation
Rawframe is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Our approach to content moderation includes:
- User reporting: Users may report content or behaviour that they believe violates these Terms through the in-game reporting system, the Mod Market reporting feature, or the support page.
- Review and action: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team. We will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, suspensions, or bans.
- Right to remove: Rawframe reserves the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
- No obligation to pre-screen: We are not obligated to monitor, review, or pre-screen User Content before it is published. The volume of content on the Platform makes comprehensive pre-screening impractical.
- Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account or content in error, you may submit an appeal through the support page within thirty (30) days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different member of the moderation team than the one who took the original action. We aim to resolve appeals within ten (10) business days.
While we strive to be fair and consistent, moderation decisions necessarily involve judgment. Rawframe's determination on content moderation matters is final after the appeals process has been exhausted.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by the Rawframe Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we handle your personal data, including information about cookies, analytics, data retention, and your rights under applicable data protection laws (including KVKK and GDPR).
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with and relies on certain third-party services. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
- Stripe — Payment processing for purchases, subscriptions, and Creator payouts. Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Discord — OAuth authentication and community features. Subject to Discord's Terms of Service.
- Google — OAuth authentication. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
- Cloudflare — Content delivery, storage (R2), and security services. Subject to Cloudflare's Terms of Service.
Rawframe is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the respective third party. Any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
16. API Usage
Rawframe provides a public API at api.rawframe.net for approved integrations and developer use. Use of the API is subject to the following:
- Rate limits: API requests are subject to rate limits. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent throttling or blocking of your API access.
- No scraping: Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction from the Platform or API is prohibited without prior written permission.
- Commercial use: Using the API for commercial purposes (including building paid services, reselling data, or embedding in commercial products) requires prior written approval from Rawframe.
- Authentication: API access may require authentication via API keys or OAuth tokens. You must keep your credentials secure and not share them publicly.
- Changes: The API may change at any time. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of breaking changes, we do not guarantee backward compatibility. It is your responsibility to update your integrations accordingly.
- Prohibited uses: You may not use the API to: interfere with or disrupt the Platform; circumvent security measures or access controls; collect user data without consent; or build competing services.
Rawframe reserves the right to revoke API access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
17. Termination
By Rawframe: We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) conduct harmful to other users, the Platform, or Rawframe; (c) extended periods of inactivity; (d) legal or regulatory requirements; or (e) discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@rawframe.net. Account deletion is processed within thirty (30) days.
Effect of termination:
- Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately upon termination.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled; no refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period in the case of termination for Terms violation.
- User Content you have published may persist on the Platform (e.g., mods that other users have downloaded, forum posts) unless you have requested content removal prior to account deletion. Published content that has been downloaded by other users cannot be retroactively removed from those users' systems.
- Pending Creator payouts above the minimum threshold will be processed in the next payout cycle, provided the account was in good standing and not terminated for fraud or Terms violation.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and any licences granted by you.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, SERVICES, AND USER CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAWFRAME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
- ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY USER CONTENT, MODS, OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
- ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
You use the Platform at your own risk. Rawframe does not guarantee any specific level of uptime, performance, or availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, updates, and outages may occur without notice.
User Content and mods are created by third-party users, not by Rawframe. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any User Content.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAWFRAME, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF RAWFRAME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
RAWFRAME'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO RAWFRAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rawframe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform.
- Your User Content, including any claims that your content infringes third-party rights.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your operation of a Rawframe server, including claims by players or third parties related to server content or conduct.
- Your participation in the Creator Economy, including tax obligations and disputes with buyers.
- Any dispute between you and another user of the Platform.
Rawframe reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.
21. Dispute Resolution
Governing law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@rawframe.net. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice describing the dispute and your proposed resolution.
Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, both parties agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
No class actions: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against Rawframe. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this dispute resolution section (other than governing law) shall be deemed void.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rawframe regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Rawframe regarding the Platform.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Rawframe's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
24. Changes to Terms
Rawframe reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Material changes: For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice through one or more of the following methods: (a) email notification to your registered address; (b) a prominent notice on the Platform; or (c) an in-platform notification. The notice will include a summary of the changes and the effective date.
Acceptance: Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be deemed acceptance.
